
Chefs collaborate for perfect pairing
Wine Country Chefs is the creation of
Chefs Todd Muir and John Littlewood, whose cumulative experience
in the hospitality industry equals over 60 years.
Their new company, Wine Country Chefs, will
offer recipe development for wine club member shipments, wine specific
recipes for web sites, promotion pieces and new release pairings.
In addition they will provide cooking demonstrations, winemaker
dinners, and seasonal on-site food and wine events and much more.
The goal of Wine Country Chefs is to provide
mid-sized wineries that do not need the services of a full time Chef
all the benefits of one. Today wineries understand the synergy between
food and wine and wish to present their consumers with that relationship.
As an alternative to caterers, Wine Country Chefs offers
wineries a named Chef to project the food and wine connection, whether
in a news letter, on the web or at a winemaker dinner. Wine
Country Chefs offers all the services an in-house Chef can
but on an as- needed basis.
